Carlow Native – goes dolally at the line – or so the story goes

Dolally

If she’d been lucky enough to possess a second washing machine out in the shed. She’d have had a field day.

Carlow native Catty  went dolally and apart from sharing her excitement with us  wanted a definitive answer if she qualified as a frown.

Well we shall leave the poll open for voters home late and stragglers and those on the fence to cast theirs and let Catty know if she is admitted to our gang.

Our Catty says she bought a packet of new pegs the plastic variety and couldn’t wait to get home and put on a couple of extra loads. ( Admit it Frowns, we all have a half mountain not done). If she had been lucky enough to possess a second washing machine out in the shed she’d really have had a field day.

She went to her long line with this load to try out her pegs, Her spin line was full from the earlier wash loads and it had been spitting rain all morning. Ah these clean pegs, all strong, not liable to take an eye out by a rogue spring breaking free.
We hear you girl. How are you when it comes to whites? Do let us know if you get a spare min.

  1. There is a true story of a peg bursting open, the spring shooting through the air and gouging the lady of the house’s eye ball. No brag just fact. So Catty you were lucky with your pack ( all behaving themselves so far.)
